The fan utilizes Arctic's Ceramic Bearings, is extremely quiet provides powerful cooling and has a 6 years warranty. There are 42 aluminum fins all measure 104 x 58mm in size. Each fin is 0.3mm thick and spaced 1.5mm apart. This is a fairly open fin-pitch, but the reduced air resistance allows lower fan speeds to be utilized. The bottom three aluminum fins are curved along one side to direct airflow down towards motherboard components.

This is a super silent cooler that has large fins and 6 heatpipes. The fan is mounted with rubber grommets to the heatsink. This shows how this design considers noise an issue and how they minimised it. This Intel socket 775 version has a larger fan than the AMD 754/939 version. With good reasoning, as Intel chips generate much more heat. The fan has a 4-pin cable for fan control.

I was amazed by how big this tower was with 110 fins ! This wonderful design not only looks good but performance wise is excellent. Installation if it’s a D.I.Y job is simple. To appreciate this cooler see how your CPU temperature is on full load. It really does stabilize things a lot. Depending on your current cooler expect this cooler to decrease current CPU temperatures by 15 % - 35%. It is hard to give an exact percentage. Many factors affect this. Room temperature, if you have extra fans in your case, or if you add the optional cooler, on to the heatsink and the type of processor. Be sure that it will not disappoint you.
