Why we made this program:
We believe we can help and provide a special and unique service which will encourage professionalism. I was appalled how customers were been treated, in many online shops, and real shops, and how nobody is happy anymore with the service they were getting. Bad experiences personal and from others around me led me to continue an older project I had worked on years before. After not being able to wedge a complaint against certain companies using the so called consumer council I believed something had to be done. I decided this was ESSENTIAL as nothing existed here to protect customers. I have always believed the "Customer is King" and I firmly believe in this and with this program we hope to make this a reality. Help us grow a trusted community where we can all take part, and make consumers feel happy about what they buy and how they can quickly search online and see what items are good, reliable and at the best possible price.

Ever since the internet started many many years ago, we realised the potential and the power of a worldwide community. It is trully a great thing to be able to go online and search for something, to research before you buy anything using the internet. As an online user or customer you face some difficulties. Before the internet existed walking into a shop looking around what to buy was the only way to shop, and when you saw something you liked you would maybe on impulse go ahead and buy it on the spot. Later you might be walking by another shop and see something better ! How frustrating ! We believe a happy customer always comes back, so his good comments will get to us, as will the BAD from unhappy customers.

If the supplier contacts you quickly and you find he is helpful and are happy, all is well. If you like you can send us feedback by clicking a link to tell us about your experience. If you give us good feedback we give the company more FREE exposure. If you give the company bad feedback, he will not be given any extra exposure at all.
