We shall not be held liable In case our SMS service is degraded in quality due to a discontinuation of a specific route, or overloading of the network during peak hours, or any failure that might occur on a network. All In One Online Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for the service delivery failure or failure of performance, or performance degradation due to the GSM Operators non-performance. All In One Online shall also not be held liable by any user on our site, if some or all services are blocked or requested to be locked by the Mobile Network(s) or any other regulatory body, or if the agreements are cancelled due to any illegal activity.
INDEMNIFICATION: The USER and the CLIENT, accordingly indemnifies and holds All In One Online harmless against all and any loss, liability, actions, suites, proceedings, costs, demands and damages of all and every kind, (including direct, indirect, special or consequential damages), and whether in an action based on contract, negligence or any other action directly related with this site or any, arising out of or in connection with the failure or delay in the performance of the Services offered by All In one Online Services Ltd.
USE OF SERVICE: The CLIENT may only use the Service for lawful purposes and warrants that it shall not intentionally: use the Service to receive or transmit material which is in violation of any law or regulation, which is obscene, threatening, racist, menacing, offensive, defamatory, this shall result in a suspension of the Service. All In One Online Services shall retain the right to suspend any Service for reasons it sees fit to do so.
